Now the momentous day ends
They danced and did sing
They clapped and cheered: family and friends
"A good thing for he who finds a wife"
I am now bound by the ring
Charged with a sentence for life
I married their own and tied the knot
One my heart desires not.

Who now lurks in silence and stealth
